An act of homage, not a date-setting
It would betray the spirit of this whole work to end in the key of calculation. The model is meant as an act of homage — an attempt to honour the architecture the Lord has laid down in His Word, the coherence between Daniel and Revelation and the festal calendar and the Goel typology, the beauty of a week with an abomination at the midpoint and a Bride who shares the night but not the wrath. It does not reckon in order to seize the day that the Father has set in His own authority (Acts 1:7), but in order to see the form that He has revealed.
Therefore the loose hand on the year belongs not as a retreat but as a posture: firm about the structure, modest about the date, and watching in both. The watchfulness to which the Lord calls ("watch then") is by the model not evaded but served — not by a date that makes watchfulness superfluous, but by a sense of season that feeds it. Whoever holds the model devotionally — as homage, with an open hand on the date — inhabits its strongest form. Whoever reads it as a calendar carries its greatest risk, and at the same time misses the tone in which it is written.
Summary
The pre-Abomination model reads the end times as follows. The Bride of Christ is taken away at the seam of the sixth seal — after the early birth-pangs of the first half, before the worldwide wrath, before the abomination of desolation. She shares the thlipsis of the Bridegroom, His night, but never the orgē, His cup of wrath, which He drank to the dregs in Gethsemane. On that rests everything.
The architecture: Daniel 9 with two distinct Nagids and a future seventieth week (2027-2034), the cross at 9:26 as the typological midpoint; the master clock of six thousand years (2,520 + 480 + 480 + 2,520) that closes in autumn 2034; the two midpoint anchors Purim and Passover 2031, with the difference 1,290 − 1,260 = 30 days as keystone; and the telescopic series seal → trumpet → beast → bowl, in which the wrath begins before the abomination because the Day of the Lord is a period.
The load-bearing arguments: the great tribulation as one whole with its peak (Rev 7:14, the worldwide week-pressure before the throne, over against Mt 24:21, the Judean Satan-peak out of which the remnant is preserved) with its two opposite cohorts; the thlipsis/orgē distinction as the deepest key; the address of the hour (Rev 3:10, "those who dwell on the earth") and the place of the multitude between the sixth and the seventh seal — the movement that ek describes, with the grounds beneath it; the twofold tableau of Revelation 12 (Child caught up to the throne, woman fed in the wilderness — two modes of protection); the sixth-seal position, confirmed by Rev 6/16 (no mark yet) and by the right reading of Mt 24:29; the addressee of the endurance-texts (the remnant, not the Bride); and the delimitation of the church along two text-rooted boundaries — Bride over against not-ready on readiness (a living, fruit-bearing, enduring faith: the oil, the watching, the overcoming, the living book of life, the overcomer of Philadelphia in the midst of the warnings to the six other churches), formulated so that no doctrine of salvation need reject it on its own grounds; and Bride over against wedding guests on the one olive tree (the Bride is the whole church of all ages, Jew and gentile, old and new covenant together one body — Abraham father of all believers, Rom 4; perfected together, Heb 11:40 — over against those who come to faith after the shut door of the rapture, Rev 19:9), free of both dispensationalism and replacement theology — which delimits the Bride not temporally but in principle.
The placement: the model wins on specific data-clusters over against every rival — Rev 7:14, the wrath-exemption, the one-olive-tree, the Daniel-numbers, the Rev 12 tableau — and is surpassed by its rivals on parsimony and falsification-safety. It is the richest but most exposed model in the field.
And the honest test: the structure is a fan (redundant, robust); the chronology is a chain (as strong as its weakest link, the Masoretic epoch). The four points that carry the most risk — the direction of the keeping in Rev 3:10, the exclusivity of the multitude in Rev 7:9, the history of interpretation at Rev 12:5, and Matthew 24:36 together with the external chronology — are named, and the core hangs on none of them. The frame is defended with a firm hand, the window held with an open hand. Before 2034 the model is hardly falsifiable; after 2034 sharply — and if the window falls, the frame does not fall.
The night is for the Bride, the wrath for the world, and the cup was for the Bridegroom. That is, at its deepest, the whole model in one sentence — and it is an act of homage, not a date-setting.
